How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions are 75 minutes in length. This includes intake/update, setting mutual goals, actual work towards those goals, integration time, debriefing, planning the next step, payment, and rescheduling.

Which services are included?

This includes Somatic Anti-racism Capacity Building, Transforming Touch, Somatic Experiencing, Healing Touch, Craniosacral Therapy, and Aromatherapy.

What is the cost of a session?

All sessions are $125. 

How do you take payment?

Payment can be credit card (using Square), Paypal invoice, Venmo, and Zelle.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately under my licensing, I am not able to take insurance.

Can you give me a billing record?

Yes, if you need a billing record for any sessions within the most recent month, I will create that for you.
