How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions are 75 minutes in length. This includes intake/update, setting mutual goals, actual work towards those goals, integration time, debriefing, planning the next step, payment, and rescheduling.

Which services are included?

This includes any combination of services: Transforming Touch®, Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Anti-racism Capacity Building, Healing Touch, Craniosacral Therapy, and Aromatherapy.

What is the cost of a session?

The session fee is $150. I do offer a sliding scale.

How do you take payment?

Payment can be Zelle, Venmo, credit card (using Square), check, or cash.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately under my licensing, I am not able to take insurance.

Can you give me a billing statement?

Yes, if you need a billing statement for each session, or a series of recent sessions, I will create that for you.
